When do the 7 business days start?

Once we have ALL the information we've requested: your deposit, a completed brief, Shopify access and every asset on our list (product photos, logo, reviews, brand guidelines). We'll tell you exactly what's missing so nothing stalls.

What if I can't get my assets together straight away?

You have 14 days from booking to send everything over. If we still don't have it all by then, your build slot is released so other founders aren't held up — just get in touch and we'll rebook you into the next available slot.

Do you guarantee more sales?

No — and be wary of anyone who does. Results depend on your product, traffic and offer. What we guarantee is a page built with real conversion thinking: a clear offer, sharper messaging, well-placed proof and objections answered.

What exactly is included?

Strategy, copy refinement, page design, Shopify implementation, mobile optimisation, a reviews and social proof structure, FAQs and objection handling, plus two revision rounds.

How does payment work?

$999 + GST total. A $199 + GST deposit secures your build. The remaining $800 + GST is paid after you've reviewed the page and before it's published.

Is the deposit refundable?

Your deposit is refundable up until we commence your build. Once work has started, it's non-refundable.

Is this my whole store?

No — this is one landing page only. Usually that's your hero product page or a campaign landing page. Your homepage, collections and other pages aren't included. Want more pages rebuilt? Ask us for a quote.

Will it work with my current theme?

What if I want more changes after two rounds?

No problem. Each extra revision round is $299 + GST, and we'll always confirm with you before starting one.
